CitiBank - The Studio by Citi Custom Cash Card

I partnered with the agency Soho Experiential to develop & present the creative concept for one of their largest projects of 2022 with CitiBank - a 3-day pop up in Soho, NYC to drive organic foot traffic to an immersive card educational experience cloaked in cartoons and coloring.

I conducted extensive market research to explore environmental settings, deliver a short-list of artists partners & lead vendor outreach, & develop the onsite customer journey experience.

I was an assistant strategist in the Creative Programming Ideation phase, developing ideas for the campaign execution in all 8 of its programming verticals. The end result was an in-person brand activation that brought the Citi Custom Cash Card to life by exploring experiential trends in art, tech, sustainability, and digital integration.

Throughout the research & strategic planning phases of this project, I acted as an internal project manager - tracking timelines & budget on the agency side - and communications coordinator - bringing the findings from the exploration phase into visual representation via a branded, client-facing SOHO x CITI deck.
