I have what I like to call a collage-brain – constantly piecing things together to illustrate a larger concept, weaving the everyday, the tossed aside, the discarded together to evoke a feeling or a message that could never be fully communicated with just words. My collage work is the through-line between all of my endeavors, personal or professional – going from abstraction to tangible, overwhelm to synthesis, and back again.
